About Me

From working in New York City to Toronto, Chad Milbrandt has a wealth of legal experience in areas ranging from commercial contract law and financial services to immigration. Starting his career in international development, he worked and traveled with various global non-profit organizations in countries such as Kenya, Zambia, Zimbabwe, and throughout Latin America in places like Mexico, Panama and Cuba.

Inspired by his work abroad, Chad’s aspirations to work in the transnational space led him to study and earn his J.D. at the University at Buffalo School of Law with a Cross-Border Legal Concentration. Chad recently graduated with his L.L.M from Osgoode Hall Law School in Toronto, and has been admitted to the Bar by the Law Society of Ontario. He is interested in commercial corporate and transactional law, mediation and regulatory compliance, and enjoys thinking about how future technologies will impact the legal field.
