Chad Milbrandt is an Ontario Lawyer and Legal Counsel at Purolator Inc., having joined in 2021. He graduated with an LLM from Osgoode Hall Law School, and he holds a JD from the University at Buffalo School of Law, with a concentration in Cross-Border Legal Studies. Chad has extensive interests in corporate and transactional law including commercial contracts as well as transnational compliance and alternative dispute resolution. He brings extensive board experience, including several past roles. He currently serves as Vice-Chair of the Board of Directors at the Teresa Group, and also contributes to his local community as a Board member of a residential condominium corporation.
